TGAL is an acronym for Think Global Act Local - a Global conference of senior administrators and executive leaders in the RCCG mission. The parent body, ICRA- International Conference of Regional Administrators has been running for decades, TGAL conference brings a twist - it focuses on global issues, paradigm shifts, trending industry innovation with the aim of helping senior administrators gain insights and adapt it to their local context to deliver the RCCG Mission mandate.
TGAL Conference unites, equips and inspires RCCG Regional Administrators and Christian mission leaders through focused collaboration and strategic discussions.
We bring together executive directors and senior administrators from RCCG , Industry expert and Christian Leaders worldwide to strengthen global transformation efforts of the Administrative function of RCCG Mission.
This year our focus is on leveraging technology for transformation and impact in our mission as administrators. This year’s theme, “Smart Stewardship: Maximizing Resources Through Tech & Transformation,” could not be more timely or relevant as we navigate a new era of responsibility, innovation, and faith-led leadership.

Americas Continent Two (ACT)
Pastor Femi Olawale, is a devoted servant of Jesus Christ whose life and ministry reflect the power of total surrender to God. Known for his catchphrase, “Impossibility does not exist with God,” he ministers with unwavering faith, love, and spiritual authority. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, bringing wisdom and insight to both ministry and leadership development.
Pastor Timothy Olayinka
Continental Administrator - Canada
Americas Continent Two (ACT)
Pastor Timothy Oyeyinka is a beneficiary of the grace of God. He holds degrees in Electronic and Computer Engineering, Project Management, Applied Management, Theology and Pastoral Ministry. He currently serves as the Pastor of Anointed Chapel, a parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Brampton, Canada and also as the Continental Administrator of RCCG Americas Continent Two.

Pastor Julius Olalekan
Pastor Julius Olalekan is a dedicated minister of the gospel serving full-time with The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG). He is the Special Assistant to the General Overseer (Personnel) and Pastor in Charge of Region 17, where he provides spiritual leadership and administrative oversight.
Pastor Modupe Afolabi
Pastor Modupe Afolabi is the Continental Executive Director of RCCG Central Office, As the Executive Director of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Central Office, Pastor Modupe Afolabi is responsible for the overall management and administration of the headquarters of the organisation in the United Kingdom and Europe.
Pastor Olayinka Dada
Pastor Olayinka Dada is the Deputy Continental Overseer of Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), The Americas-2 and Senior Pastor of RCCG Restoration House, Hamilton. A passionate teacher of God’s Word. He has impacted lives globally with sound, uncompromising biblical teachings. He is also a practicing physician and tent maker, with a love for soccer and the outdoors.

Dr. Bankole Odole is a technology leader and educator with 20+ years driving large-scale digital transformation across telecom, healthcare, public sector, and critical infrastructure.

Pastor Lanre Sobo
Pastor Lanre Sobo serves as pastor-in-charge of Glory House Colley Ville TX, a parish of The Redeemed Christian of Church of God. He is a Provincial Pastor and an Assistant Regional Pastor in the North America HQ Region. He is very passionate about raising leaders through prayers, sound biblical teaching, and preaching. He has a certificate of Leadership Excellence from the prestigious Harvard Professional and Executive Development. His Technology and management career has spanned over two and half decades with leadership roles in fortune 500 companies and others.
Pastor Segun Odunuga
Pastor Segun Odunuga has over 30 years of experience in financial management, Treasury, Risk management, corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions. He has performed at executive level ( Chief Financial Officer/Executive Vice President) where he managed finance, IT, HR, Internal Audit and H&E functions with various global public listed mining companies.
Pastor Yinka Oduwole
Pastor Yinka Oduwole is a Christian leader and strategist passionate about advancing God’s kingdom through strategic management, leadership development, and global mission. He serves at The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Central Office, Europe, supporting the leadership in strategic management and mission initiatives. Holding a PhD and MBA, along with other academic qualifications, Pastor Oduwole blends deep biblical conviction with a forward-looking approach to organisational and spiritual leadership.

Standard registration for TGAL 2025 costs CAD$300. Late registration (after August 15th, 2025) will cost CAD$350.
When does the registration close?
Registration for TGAL 2025 closes on Monday, 29th September 2025.
What's included in the registration fee?
The registration fee includes meals and refreshments during day events, the Gala Night & Awards, and Conference Packs. It excludes accommodation, logistics costs, and merchandise purchases.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
TGAL 2025 conference fee is non- refundable. However special arrangement might be made in exceptional cases. No cash refunds in any case.
